    (1) Before a paper is published, information or manuscripts submitted by authors to editors will be carefully preserved. All parties involved in the publishing process (authors, editors, and reviewers) adhere to our "Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement", and any unethical conduct will be taken seriously by MECS.

    (2) Contact information or personal information entered into the Journal's Manuscript Tracking System will be used solely for recording and authorship purposes and will be kept confidential; it will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other parties.

    (3) In the Authors' Profiles section of the paper, personal information will be provided voluntarily by the author and will only be published with the author's permission. Normally, the corresponding author's contact information will be required.

Updating Personal Information

If an author's personal data or information changes, it must be corrected, updated, or deleted by emailing the editorial assistant for MECS journals with detailed indications.
