Colleges Require ICT Facilities to Enhance Educational and Employment Prospects

By Shyam Sihare

DOI: https://doi.org/10.5815/ijmecs.2023.03.02, Pub. Date: 8 Jun. 2023

ICT infrastructure and its effective application in the college have been a topic of conflict. Many studies clearly state that the usage of ICT in college has never been regulated by the students. If students are not trained properly in ICT in college, a large segment of society will always be unemployed, implying that sufficient attention and direction should be provided to the college by the college administration. Students can be educated via online and offline courses if ICT is properly managed. This research examined at the state of ICT at the college. The survey included administrative and teaching employees from seven institutions. We only selected institutions that previously have a thorough comprehension of the survey and understood how to use ICT effectively. However, several findings did not meet our expectations. Some colleges did not grasp the survey well enough. They were utterly unaware of how to use ICT in the present and future while keeping the interests of students and institutions in mind. Some college surveys had some variances, although they were minimal in comparison to the overall survey. Our data suggest that majority of the colleges do not understand about the correct usage of ICT. They are unaware that with ICT, learners can be made employable, and financially disadvantaged students can receive education at a low cost. They were uncertain about how to use ICT and how to advance ICT at the institution so that online and offline courses could begin. Our findings also imply that by interacting with other institutions throughout the world, ICT incompetence can be overcome. Government and college administration should work together to alleviate the ICT scarcity to some extent.

Transformation of Classical to Quantum Image, Representation, Processing and Noise Mitigation

By Shyam Sihare

DOI: https://doi.org/10.5815/ijigsp.2022.05.02, Pub. Date: 8 Oct. 2022

Quantum and classical computers have drastically different image representations. In a classical computer, bits are used. However, in a quantum computer, qubits are used. In this paper, the quantum image representation is the similar as the classical image representation. To represent quantum images, qubits and their associated properties have been used. Quantum imaging has previously been done via superposition. As a result, quantum imaging implemented using the superposition feature. Unitary matrices are then used to represent quantum circuits. For the quantum representation, we've gone with a modest image. To create quantum circuits, IBM's Qiskit software and Anaconda Python was used. On an IBM real time computer and an Aer simulator, a quantum circuit with 10,000 shots runs. Noise has been reduced more in the IBM real time computer than in the IBM Aer simulator. As a result, the Aer simulator's noise and qubit errors are higher than the IBM real time computer's. Quantum circuit design and image processing are both done with Qiskit programming, which is an appendix at the end of the paper. As the number of shots raise, the noise level decreases even further. Noise and qubit errors increase when the image operates at a low number of shots. Quantum image processing, noise reduction, and error correction done by circuit computation shots increase. Quantum image processing, representation, noise reduction, and error correction all make use of the quantum superposition concept.

Roles of E–content for E–business: Analysis

By Shyam Sihare

DOI: https://doi.org/10.5815/ijieeb.2018.01.04, Pub. Date: 8 Jan. 2018

E–content marketing is an emerging strategy in a marketing arena to shift the paradigm from traditional marketing to digital marketing. Digital marketing is an appropriate alternative to collaborate with a traditional marketing for enhance marketing strategies to reach globally. In India used the different kind of marketing strategies, however, in recent times, marketers focus on a digital marketing keeping view of its effectiveness and efficiency. Furthermore, a marketer needs to develop such strategies which should be consumer oriented. The digital marketing should be based on consumer interest and their product requirements. In this research paper, we discuss digital marketing with a perspective of consumer interest and requirements. After analysis of the digital marketing, we found that it is a robust medium to reach as globally within a fraction of the second.

Role of m-Banking for Indian Rural Consumers, its Adaptation Strategies, and Challenges: Consumer Behavior Analysis

By Shyam Sihare

DOI: https://doi.org/10.5815/ijieeb.2017.06.05, Pub. Date: 8 Nov. 2017

An information technology is a part of modern society for completion of their daily schedule with sophisticated accuracy, effectiveness, efficiency and maintaining transparency. However, modern technology penetration into root level in modern Indian society is not in an appreciable in particular of rural India. Among different applications of wireless communication means a significant application is m-banking. Mobile banking mainly concerned the things of a transaction as well as financial services. In this paper, we discuss adaptation strategies and make an analysis of rural consumer behavior about mobile banking. Similarly, we discuss different mobile banking facilities and upcoming facilities which should be utilized by rural Indian people to connect rest of the world with efficiently. With that, we have a study, which factor play significant roles in rural India for deep penetration of mobile banking. As well as, study about his behavior and make an analysis of rural consumers for adaptation of beneficial technology and services to come out from a root and play at tip position in modern society. It is evident in recent time that mobile devices or handheld devices like PDA (Personal Digital Assistance) application are widespread due to its cost, ease of use, efficiency, and effectiveness. But optimum penetration exhibit inhibits by social misconception such as security and not maintain transparency before, during and after transactions.

Image-based Digital Marketing

By Shyam Sihare

DOI: https://doi.org/10.5815/ijieeb.2017.05.02, Pub. Date: 8 Sep. 2017

An image represents millions of words which is depend on people interpretation. If image application considers for the marketing arena, then it represents to masses of peoples of different categories as per their requirements. The image-based marketing is an innovative and creative phenomenon which highly depends on geographical areas as well as on the interest of different placed habitat consumers. At recent times, the digital devices are widespread and it possesses by common peoples for completion of their daily miscellaneous needs and services. That is why, a new globe is opened for digital marketing, especially image-based marketing. Marketers jolt out traditional marketing strategies and adopt new marketing strategies to enhance productivity and sale. However, it is possible by application of a digital communication medium due to its effectiveness and efficiency. At recent times, the marketing paradigm has been shift very rapidly as per consumer mindset, for that, it is essential to switch into modern marketing technique keeping in mind of future firm prospect and its prosperity. Hence, in this research article, we discuss of how product sale grows by adopting digital marketing strategies, with that, we analyzed consumer behavior.

Revisited Quantum Protocols

By Shyam Sihare Dr. V V Nath

DOI: https://doi.org/10.5815/ijmsc.2017.02.02, Pub. Date: 8 Apr. 2017

Quantum cryptography is marches towards secure communication by using quantum protocols. Number of quantum protocols has been evolved based on an entanglement in three decades; similarly during this meanwhile non-entanglement based protocols have been evolved within the same period also. Among number of different protocols a torch bearer was BB84 protocol. Even though different quantum communication protocols exist, the BB84 protocol proved its application by initial experiments whereas most of the other protocols are theoretical which marches towards the practical application yet. But in quantum mechanics principle, cryptography based on an entanglement and superposition of entangled particle. Furthermore, challenges ahead are development and design high sensitive equipments for measurement of an entangled particle position at output end. Particle entanglements open a new door for computation worlds such as speedup, security. In this article, we discuss quantum protocols, their challenges, and applications based on above discussion.
