Biography

Azizah Zakiah was born on October 4, 1983 in Bandung. Currently continuing his doctoral studies at STEI - Bandung Institute of Technology, and actively teaching in the informatics engineering study program, Widyatama University. in 2011 he earned a master's degree in Digital Media Technology and Games from STEI Bandung Institute of Technology. The most popular academic research he has ever done is the software engineering collaborative learning model. And is currently conducting research on smart systems for education.

The impact of technology must be addressed by the educational methods themselves and their perspectives in the new paradigm of citizenship in this intelligent environment. Learning environments have changed dramatically in the last 50 years, in large part due to information and communications technologies. The study uses a qualitative descriptive. Thomas S. Kuhn, fully Thomas Samuel Kuhn, (born 18 July 1922 in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA-17 June 1996 in Cambridge, Massachusetts), best known for The Structure of the Scientific. Kuhn explains that in every scientific discipline, there are some identified and natural phenomena that are then investigated experimentally and explained theoretically. Pre-paradigm as the basis of normal science, the formation of smart learning is started when primitive cave. Normal science for learning is a traditional teaching method, teaching takes place within the four walls of a classroom. Anomalies are surprising discoveries that cannot be defined through a paradigm, together with discoveries of troubles that cannot be solved through a paradigm. Implementation of Usability Testing Methods to Measure the Usability Aspect of Management Information System Mobile Application (Case Study Sukamiskin Correctional Institution)

The aim of this study is to measure the usability aspects of Management Information System mobile application in terms of effectiveness, efficiensy, and user satisfaction by using performance measurement techniques, usability questionnaires and retrospective think aloud. Management Information System application is an internal mobile application that has functions to exchange information, fill daily absences, apply for leave and fill in the daily work journal of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights employees. Until today, the mobile application of Management Information System has not been evaluated yet using the level of usability. This research was conducted by measuring the level of effectiveness, efficiency, satisfaction and retrospective think aloud. Due to the limitations of this study, researcher only gain 20 respondents who were all employees of Sukamiskin Correctional Institution within questionnaire. In addition, respondents also filled out the questionnaire given. Based on the results obtained the effectiveness level reached 100% and all respondents expressed satisfaction with mobile application of Management Information System. But in terms of efficiency needs to be more improved. And the results of the retrospective think aloud are still some improvements from the features and reduction of icons that appear on the screen. The results showed that using performance measurements and retrospective think aloud techniques had a significant effect on user satisfaction in sukamiskin correctional institution. With this techniques also shows the level of employee ability to complete tasks in the application does not fail.

Development Mobile Application of Bandung Tempo Doeloe based on Augmented Reality Using GPS Tracking Method

Therefore, the authors make a mobile application in Bandung based on augmented reality with GPS tracking method, making it easier for those who want to know historical places and explain more interesting and deeper history in the city of Bandung.
